2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure the following:

Original boutique packaging, dust bags, and security tags must remain intact.

Once your return is received and inspected by our local concierge hubs, we process your refund immediately.

Timeframe: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.

Bank Processing: Please note that while we release the funds instantly, your individual bank may take a short period to reflect the balance in your statement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Shipping Costs

Quality Issues: If the item has a verified structural defect, CLONE FASHION covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

Preference Returns: For "change of mind" or size exchanges, the client is responsible for the local return shipping fee to our nearest hub.

6. Financial Discretion
