  • Timeframe: This meticulous process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Global Discrete Fulfillment (8-12 Days)

Once your item passes QC, it enters our secure logistics pipeline. We utilize specialized "Triangular Shipping" routes to ensure a 99.8% customs clearance rate worldwide.

  • Delivery Window: Your order will be safely delivered to your doorstep within 8 to 12 business days after the processing phase.
  • Security Packaging: We use "Boutique-Protocol" packaging—industrial-grade, unbranded outer layers that protect your privacy and ensure your item remains undetected by third parties during transit.
  • Doorstep Delivery: All shipments are sent via premium couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or localized priority lines) ensuring a direct and safe hand-off.

5. Delivery Guarantee & Customs

  • Clearance Assurance: We handle all complex export documentation. In the extremely rare event (less than 0.2%) that a package is held by customs, our concierge team will handle the resolution or arrange a priority reshipment at no extra cost to you.
  • Address Accuracy: To ensure successful 8-12 day delivery, please provide a valid, secure shipping address where someone can receive the package.

6. Billing Note
