CLONE FASHION operates as a Premium Personal Shopping and Sourcing Agency. We do not operate as a traditional mass-market retailer.

  • Our Service: We act as your authorized agent to source, quality-control, and fulfill requests for "Master Quality References" and "Structural Clones."

  • Product Nature: All items displayed on our Site are curated references intended for private collectors and enthusiasts who demand boutique-standard craftsmanship without the retail markup.

2. Order Acceptance & Sourcing

  • Request Initiation: An order placed on our Site constitutes a "Sourcing Request."

  • The Procurement Process: Upon receipt of your request, our team utilizes the MXeno network to secure the specific batch that meets our 1:1 integrity standards.

  • Availability: While we strive to maintain an accurate digital archive, sourcing is subject to the availability of the highest-grade materials from our partner ateliers. If a reference cannot meet our QC standards, we reserve the right to cancel the request and issue a full refund.

3. Financial Terms & Billing Discretion

To ensure the highest level of financial privacy and security, we utilize the mxenopay secure gateway.

  • Authorized Billing Partner: You acknowledge and agree that transactions will appear on your bank or credit card statement under the name of our authorized financial fulfillment partner, Origin Aisle.

4. Shipping, Customs & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Estimates: Our standard delivery window is 8-12 business days following a 1-3 day quality control period. These are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

  • Customs: While we boast a 99.8% clearance rate, the Client is recognized as the "importer of record." We provide a full re-shipment guarantee in the event of customs seizure, as outlined in our Delivery Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds & 180-Day Guarantee

Our commitment to quality is codified in our 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Requests for returns or refunds must follow the protocol established in our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days of approval and will be returned to the original payment method via our partner, Origin Aisle.

Our maximum liability to any Client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Client Responsibility
By purchasing from CLONE FASHION, you certify that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the acquisition of sourced references is permitted under your local regulations.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our sourcing protocols or global financial regulations. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the principles of international commercial arbitration. Any disputes shall be handled through our internal mediation process to ensure the privacy of both the Agency and the Client.
